Build the basic plywood box with 3/4" pocket holes and 1-1/4" pocket hole screws — sides, bottom, inner dividers, and end shelves.

Cut the center open shelf to clear the plumbing at the back before installing it fixed or on adjustable shelf pins.

Attach the back supports and front-to-back nailers with pocket holes on the back side.

Build the face frame separately with 3/4" pocket holes, then attach it to the carcass with 1-1/4" finish nails and glue.

Attach the drawer slides to the inside of the cabinet with nails and glue, following the hardware's instructions.

Build the drawer box to fit your actual opening and slides using 1/2" pocket holes and 1" pocket hole screws, attaching the plywood bottom with finish nails and glue. Inset the box 3/4" to leave room for the drawer front.

Build the shaker-style door from the stiles and rails around the plywood center panel, sized to fit your actual door opening.

Fit the hinges and hang the door, and attach the drawer front. Add knobs and pulls.
Tools: Random Orbit Sander. Materials: Sandpaper, Paint, primer or stain and poly
Sand all surfaces and apply primer and paint, or stain and poly.
