Rip the sheet into two 16"-wide strips and one 15-1/4"-wide strip. Rip a fourth 15-1/4"-wide strip from one of the 16"-wide pieces. Crosscut all four strips into 28-1/2" lengths, eight pieces total.

Join the four leg sets together with the end caps using 1-1/4" brad nails and glue.
