Toy Sink With Running Water

Choose a plastic container to serve as the sink basin and determine the overall cabinet size from its footprint.

Cut the wood top, front, back, and side pieces to match the container's footprint.

Join the pieces with pocket holes, building the top first, then the front and back, then the sides.

Build a faucet from the pipe flange, PVC pipe, and elbow fittings, then spray paint it to match the knobs.

Drill and install spinning knobs using a machine screw, nuts, and an end cap.

Install the submersible pump in the basin with tubing routed up through the faucet so it actually runs water.
