Rip the plywood panel into three pieces, each 15-3/4" wide by 48" long, using a table saw or circular saw, cutting one line at a time.
Tools: Drill / Driver. Materials: 2x4, 8 ft, Self-tapping wood screws, 2-1/2"
Assemble the legs and shelf supports into two ladder-style end frames using self-tapping screws, or pocket holes if you have a jig.
Tools: Brad Nailer, Hammer. Materials: Plywood, 1/4" or 1/2" thick, 4x4 ft sheet, 1x3, 6 ft, Finish nails, 1-1/4", Wood glue
Build the frame for each shelf from the shelf ends and sides, using nails and glue, screws, or pocket holes. Apply glue to the bottom edges and nail the plywood panel to the bottom.

Place the shelves inside the ladder frame and screw down through the shelves and into the legs.
