This organizer has no fixed dimensions at all — every measurement comes from your own drawer and your own spice jars, checked by test-fitting as you go rather than by cutting to numbers from a plan.
Each frame is a simple rectangle of thin strips, but the spacing between the two long strips is what tilts the jars to a readable angle. Set that spacing by placing a jar on top of two trial strips and adjusting until the label reads clearly without the jar tipping over or the drawer failing to close — then cut the short connecting pieces to match that gap.
No power tools are required. A fine saw and miter box handle every cut here, which makes this a reasonable first hand-tool project.

A board foot is a volume, not a length: 144 cubic inches, or a piece 1″ thick by 12″ wide by 12″ long. The “≈” note beside each row shows roughly how much 3/4″ × 6″ board that works out to.

Measure the width of the drawer the organizer will live in.
Cut two long strips to the drawer's width, set them in the drawer, and test-fit a spice jar on top of them. Adjust the spacing between the two strips until the jar tilts to a readable angle without blocking the drawer from closing.
Measure the gap between the two long strips you just fitted, and cut two short connecting pieces to that exact length.
Sand all four pieces, then glue the short connecting pieces between the long strips to form a rectangular frame. Clamp until dry.
Repeat the process to build as many frames as needed to fill the width of the drawer.
Cut loose spacer strips to fill any leftover gap between the last frame and the drawer side — these don't need glue, just enough friction fit to keep everything from shifting. Load the drawer with spice jars.
