Adjustable Router Table Fence

Cut the fence base from 3/4" plywood and drill mounting holes sized to your t-track bolts.

Cut the two support walls and rout a 3/8in adjustment channel in each so the face plates can slide.

Assemble the support walls to the base with carriage bolts, washers, and wing nuts so the face plates can slide and lock at any position.

Install the t-track sections, including a horizontal track above the face plates for mounting bit guards, stops, and featherboards.

Attach the adjustable face plates to the support walls with knobs and t-track bolts.
