A fixed router-table fence only works for the one bit-to-fence distance it was built for; this fence's support walls are slotted instead of solid, which lets the whole face plate assembly slide and lock at whatever gap the current bit needs.
Built as a companion to the mobile shop router table elsewhere in this catalog, but it works on any router table with t-track mounting holes at the right spacing.
A horizontal t-track above the face plates is what turns this from a plain fence into a mounting point for bit guards, stops, and featherboards — without it, every accessory needs its own separate clamping solution.

Assumes 8 ft stock, a 1/8" saw kerf, and buying each part at its own width. Change the board size or kerf on the full board plan →
Cut the fence base from 3/4" plywood and drill mounting holes sized to your t-track bolts.
Cut the two support walls and rout a 3/8in adjustment channel in each so the face plates can slide.
Assemble the support walls to the base with carriage bolts, washers, and wing nuts so the face plates can slide and lock at any position.
Install the t-track sections, including a horizontal track above the face plates for mounting bit guards, stops, and featherboards.
Attach the adjustable face plates to the support walls with knobs and t-track bolts.
