This is a straightforward face-frame casework build with one detail that changes how you approach it: whether your shelves are fixed or adjustable. The plan gives you both options — nail shelves in permanently as you build, or drill shelf-pin holes and add them after the case is together, trading a small amount of extra setup for the ability to reconfigure cube heights later.
Divider spacing is the one number to protect: all three dividers need to land exactly 11" apart, and since there's no single reference edge for the third one, measure each gap independently rather than assuming the first two were correct. Build the face frame as one complete unit before attaching it if you're using pocket holes — it goes on faster and straighter as a single piece than board by board.

Assumes 8 ft stock, a 1/8" saw kerf, and buying each part at its own width. Change the board size or kerf on the full board plan →
Assemble the top, sides, and bottom into a box. Pocket holes work well, but plain screws or even nails work too since the whole thing is face-framed afterward — whatever method you use, predrill every hole and don't skip the glue.
Add the three dividers, measuring each gap independently to keep them all exactly 11" apart — don't assume the second gap is correct just because the first one matches.
Either install the shelves permanently now, or drill shelf-pin holes in the sides and dividers to add adjustable shelves later.
If using pocket holes, build the entire face frame as one unit first, then attach it to the case with 1-1/4" nails and glue. If attaching board by board instead, start with the top board, gluing and nailing it on — including into the dividers, not just the sides.
Cut and fit the bottom face frame board and nail it on, again nailing into the dividers as well as the sides.
Attach the caster wheels to the bottom.
