Build two frames out of the 2x4 long and short rails using 3" screws, two per joint.
Tools: Brad Nailer. Materials: 3/8" plywood, full sheet, Brad nails, 1-1/4" and 3/4", Wood glue
Attach the plywood tray liner to the bottom frame with 3/4" brad nails and wood glue.

Attach the front legs to the front of both trays with 1-1/4" brad nails and glue, keeping outside edges flush. Add the single back legs the same way.

Attach the plywood back panel to the project with 3/4" brad nails and glue.

Attach the top board and edge trim with 1-1/4" brad nails and glue. Add supports or hidden storage to the top if desired.

Sand all surfaces and apply paint or stain.
