Screw two of the 19-1/2"-long 1x8 boards together — either 2" countersunk screws with glue, or pocket-hole screws.

Mark the inside faces of the boards from step 1, measuring down 6" from the top and up 6" from the bottom. Position the shelves at those marks and screw in place.

Attach the center partition to the cubby assembly.

Add one of the plywood panels to the back of the assembly.

Attach the top and bottom panels to the shelves, keeping them flush to the shelf sides.

Attach the last remaining side panel with glue and 2" screws or 1-1/4" pocket-hole screws.

Attach the four caster wheels to the bottom, using screws under 3/4" long so the tips don't poke through and out the inside bottom. Fill all holes with wood filler, let dry, sand, and finish as desired.
