Build the basic frame of the project using 1-1/4" brad nails and glue.

Attach the back support to the top of the frame with 1-1/4" brad nails and wood glue.

Attach the front bottom piece with 1-1/4" brad nails and wood glue.
Tools: Brad Nailer, Hole Saw Kit, Random Orbit Sander. Materials: 1/4" plywood, 24 in x 48 in, 1-1/4" and 3/4" brad nails, Wood glue
Attach the 1/4" plywood to the front of the frame with 3/4" brad nails and glue. Mark out the baseball-diamond hole pattern and drill the holes with a 4" hole saw. Sand any rough edges smooth.

Layer the 1x4s over each other and nail and glue together to build a french cleat. Make sure the cleat fits inside the back of the project and hooks around the 1x2 at the top. Trim the ends if necessary, then hang the cleat on the wall in the desired location and hang the game on it.
