This is a full-height pantry, not a media cabinet or an appliance hide — a center divider splits the 90"-tall carcass into two bays, each holding a stack of shelves, closed off entirely by a single wide sliding barn door. Attach the top and bottom boards to the sides with pocket holes hidden on the outside faces, holding the bottom shelf up 3-1/2" for a toe-kick, then center the divider between top and bottom with its pocket holes facing the side the barn door will cover, so nothing shows once the door is hung.
Cut 12" spacer blocks to set consistent shelf heights rather than measuring and marking every single shelf position by hand — and check the whole cabinet for square before the face frame or back panels go on, since correcting square gets much harder once those are attached. Build the face frame as its own separate assembly, and consider painting the face frame and the carcass separately before joining them — it's easier to get full paint coverage into every corner that way.
The barn door's height depends entirely on your actual barn door hardware — install the hardware first, then measure for the door, rather than building the door to a fixed number up front. Build it from tongue-and-groove boards, ripping the tongue and groove off the first and last boards on a table saw, with 1x8 top and bottom rails nailed and glued across the assembled boards to tie the whole door together.

Attach the top and bottom to the sides with pocket holes hidden on the outsides, holding the bottom up 3-1/2" for a toe-kick. Attach the base supports under the bottom shelf. Attach the center divider centered between top and bottom, pocket holes facing the side the barn door will cover.
Attach the shelves to the sides and divider with pocket hole screws and glue. Use 12" spacer blocks to set consistent shelf heights. Check the cabinet for square before continuing.
Build the face frame separately with pocket holes and pocket hole screws, then attach to the front of the cabinet with glue and finish nails.
Mark the shelf locations on the back edges. Attach the back panels with glue, nailing to all shelves, sides, and the divider with 3/4" brad nails.
Cut and attach the crown moulding and base moulding to fit the cabinet.
Install the barn door hardware first, then measure the actual opening to determine the door height.
Rip the tongue and groove off the first and last door boards on a table saw. Assemble the tongue and groove boards, then nail and glue the top and bottom 1x8 rails across them to tie the door together.
Sand all surfaces and apply primer and paint, or stain and poly. Hang the finished barn door on the installed hardware.
