This is a flexible pattern more than a single fixed size — build the sides taller or shorter than shown and the construction stays exactly the same, since every joint is a pocket hole and there's no interlocking joinery to redesign around a new height. Build the two end panels first, then add the leg cleats while the ends are still flat and easy to clamp, since reaching into an assembled box to attach cleats is much harder than doing it before the sides go on.
Line the inside with hardware cloth, tar paper, or a plastic liner before adding soil — the slatted bottom is there for drainage, and without a liner, soil (and the moisture in it) will work its way straight through the gaps and rot the slats from the inside out.

Build two identical end panels from the side boards, joined with 3/4" pocket holes and 1-1/4" pocket hole screws. Sides can be built shorter or taller than shown — the construction is the same regardless of height.
Attach the 2x2 legs to the two end panels while they're still flat — this is easier to do now than after the sides are on.
Attach the remaining side boards to join the two ends into a box, using pocket holes and screws.
Lay the 1x2 slats across the bottom for drainage. Line the inside with hardware cloth, tar paper, or a plastic liner before adding soil to protect the wood. Add optional craft finials to the tops of the legs. Sand and finish.
