This is genuinely two builds sharing one construction method — a sink base and a stove base, sized around their specific inserts. Measure your own sink and adjust the plan as needed before cutting anything; the cut list is built around a sink roughly 16" x 10-3/4", and a different model will shift several dimensions.
Build both bases the same way: sides to toekick, front to sides, bottom shelf, back top support and interior shelf, then the back panel — nailed and glued at every joint, no screws needed in the case itself. The doors are the one place accuracy matters most: build each door frame to the actual opening (not a fixed number), keep the plywood door-back panel about 1" larger than the frame's center opening, and hang with surface-mount hinges and a magnetic clasp so a toddler can actually open it.

For each unit, attach the sides to the toekick with 1-1/4" brad nails and wood glue.
Attach the front to the sides, flush on top and sides, with 1-1/4" brad nails and wood glue.
Attach the bottom shelf to the sides and the toekick with 1-1/4" brad nails and wood glue.
Attach the back top support to the back top corner with 1-1/4" brad nails and glue. Attach the interior 1x10 shelf, flush to the back, with 1-1/4" brad nails and glue, leaving about 6" of space under the bottom shelf.
Attach the plywood back panel with 5/8" brad nails and wood glue.
For the sink unit, attach the top frame with 3/4" pocket holes and 1-1/4" pocket hole screws. Then attach the top pieces to the tops of both the stove and sink units with 1-1/4" brad nails and glue.
Build each door frame from 1x3s sized to the actual opening, joined with 3/4" pocket holes and 1-1/4" pocket hole screws (two per joint). Attach a 1/4" plywood panel to the back of each frame with 5/8" brad nails and glue — the panel should be about 1" larger than the frame's center opening, not the full door size. On the stove, attach the acrylic glass cooktop with a suitable glue or predrilled small hardware screws. Hang each door with surface mount hinges on the side and a magnetic clasp to keep it closed, then add knobs or handles.
