This is a simple play storefront: two mirrored leg frames tied together with horizontal 1x3 and 1x2 rails, topped with a 1x12 counter, with a slatted tray underneath that holds toy produce (or actual snacks at a real lemonade-stand-style birthday party). Build the two leg sets as true mirror images of each other — the mirroring is what makes the horizontal ties land correctly when the frame comes together.
The lower tray is its own small assembly, built flat with 1x3 slats and a plywood bottom nailed on before it ever goes into the frame — building it as a unit first and then positioning it inside the legs is much easier than trying to slat a tray in place. Center dividers in the tray also get nailed to the plywood bottom, which keeps the whole tray rigid even though most of its surface is just narrow gaps between slats.
Cut the longest boards in the cut list first, which is what keeps every other length actually coming out of the shopping list's board count.

Build two leg sets as true mirror images of each other, using the 1-5/8" self-tapping wood screws and glue.
Add the horizontal front rail and sign brace to tie the two leg sets together, forming the full frame, with screws.
Place the 1x12 counter top on the frame and attach — nail (1-1/4") and glue, or screw down.
Build the tray sides and slats/dividers into a flat frame with screws or 1-1/4" brad nails and glue.
Nail the plywood bottom to the tray with 5/8" brad nails and glue, also nailing into the center dividers.
Position the tray inside the frame and attach to the legs with 1-5/8" screws. Sand and finish.
