Drill 3/4" pocket holes along one long edge of all but one of the short tabletop boards, spaced about every 6–8". Clamp and join the boards, working carefully for the smoothest possible surface — you'll need the 2x6 legs to fit into the notched-out areas of the assembled top, so keep that layout in mind as you join.
If your boards are exactly 72" long but have rough ends, consider making the whole table 1/2" shorter so you have room to trim the ends clean.

Test-fit the base boards first to make sure the assembled base will match the width of the tabletop — you may need to adjust the length of the inside supports.
Drill 3/4" pocket holes along one long edge of the side aprons and inside supports, spaced every 6–8", for attaching to the tabletop later. Drill two 1-1/2" pocket holes in each end of the inside supports and attach them to the side aprons with 2-1/2" pocket-hole screws, keeping the 3/4" holes facing upward and hidden on the inside.
Attach the whole base to the tabletop through the 3/4" pocket holes with 1-1/4" pocket-hole screws.

Build the leg sets first, then glue and screw them to the frame from the inside.
