A little divided box that hangs from rope near a fire pit or patio, holding the three s'more essentials — graham crackers, chocolate bars, marshmallows — each in its own compartment. It's a charming scrap-wood project you can build in an evening and personalize with lettering.
Everything is cut-to-fit from short lengths of 1x4, 1x6, and 1x8. Cut the two little dividers first from the 1x6, off the end of a longer piece, so you're never cutting tiny parts at the saw. Then build up the box: sides to the bottom, front, back, and finally drop the dividers in to make the three bays.
One genuine safety note carried over from the plan: think hard before adding hooks for skewers. Sharp points and potentially hot roasting skewers hanging at a station kids reach into is a real hazard. If you hang skewers at all, hang them points-down and well out of a child's reach — and honestly, a jar for skewers is safer than hooks.

Cut the two 1x6 dividers first, off the end of a longer piece so you never cut tiny parts at the saw. Then measure and cut the 1x4 sides to match the bottom width and attach with glue and 1-1/4" brad nails.
Measure and cut the 1x4 front to fit and attach with 1-1/4" brads and glue. Then cut the 1x8 back to fit and attach the same way — the taller back carries the lettering and the hanging rope.
Insert the dividers with glue and 1-1/4" brads to make the three bays. Drill for the rope and hang. Add vinyl or painted lettering. If you add skewer hooks, mind the safety issue — sharp, possibly hot skewers at a reachable station are a hazard, so hang them points-down and out of kids' reach, or skip hooks for a jar.
