This is a gift-wrap organizer shaped like a classic carry-tote: rounded ends with a dowel handle, a long bottom that cradles wrapping-paper rolls on removable dowel spindles, and pegboard sides so scissors, tape, and ribbon hang where you can grab them. It solves the specific misery of wrapping paper — rolls that unroll, tubes that crush, and the scissors you can never find.
It's about as simple as a build gets. The main effort is the two ends: round the top corners (the source builder traced a coffee can), drill a 3/4" hole in the center of each for the handle, and sand both at once while clamped together so they match. Then the bottom screws to the ends, the pegboard screws to the sides, and the dowel handle threads through and glues in place — the plan reckons you're 'about ten minutes in' by the second step.
Size the 33" bottom to hold 32"-wide wrapping-paper rolls, or add 1x8 dividers at 7" to separate the rolls. Cut extra 3/4" dowels as spindles for the paper — they lift out to reload. Add pegboard hooks for the accessories. It makes a genuinely useful gift for anyone who wraps a lot, and it's a good beginner project for practicing rounded cuts and hole-drilling.

Round the top corners of the two end pieces (trace a coffee can or a bowl for the curve) and drill a 3/4" hole in the center of each for the handle. Clamp the two ends together and sand the edges now, while they're sandwiched — it's far easier than sanding them separately later, and it guarantees they match.
Screw the ends to the bottom with 2" screws and glue. That's the whole frame — you should be about ten minutes in.
Screw the pegboard onto the sides, screwing along the bottom too. You can run it higher than the paper rolls if you want more hanging space for accessories.
Thread the dowel handle through the holes in the ends and glue it in place. Cut extra 3/4" dowels as removable spindles for the wrapping-paper rolls, and add pegboard hooks for scissors, tape, and ribbon. Finish if desired.
