This is a real small-scale furniture build rather than a toy kit — 1x2 stock cut and angled just like a full-size chair, scaled down to doll proportions. Build the two chair sides first, each one an angled frame of front, back, and side rails held together with screws or pocket holes driven from the outside — a genuinely simple joint at this small scale, especially with pocket holes keeping the fasteners out of sight.
Once both identical side frames are built, the back slats and foot rest tie them together into a single chair shape. Position the seat according to the actual doll that will sit in it rather than a fixed measurement — dolls vary enough in size that a seat height that fits one may not fit another, and this is the one dimension worth double-checking against your specific doll before final assembly.
The play tray attaches last with brad nails and glue, finishing the piece — small enough to build in an afternoon, and a genuinely satisfying quick project for a scrap-wood pile with mostly 1x2 offcuts.

Build the two chair sides using 2" screws predrilled from the outsides of the chair back and front legs into the ends of the side rails, or pocket holes. Build two identical side frames.
Attach the back slat supports, then the back slats across the two side frames with 2" screws and glue.
Attach the foot rest supports and foot rest board with 2" screws and glue.
Position the seat according to the dimensions of the doll that will sit in the chair, then attach.
Attach the tray piece to the top with 1-1/4" brad nails and glue.
Sand all surfaces and apply primer and paint, or stain and poly.
