Make your craft paint visible and easily accessible with this craft paint storage box. Perfectly sized for standard craft paint bottles. Each compartment holds 16 bottles of craft paint for a total of 144 bottles. A great way to use up your scrap 1/2″ plywood pieces for organization and storage.

Assumes 8 ft stock, a 1/8" saw kerf, and buying each part at its own width. Change the board size or kerf on the full board plan →

Attach box sides to top and bottom using wood glue and 1 ¼” finish nails.
Make notches in the horizontal and vertical dividers as per the sketch above. Use a jigsaw to make notches.
Dividers should fit together as per sketch.
Insert dividers into box frame and attach to sides using 1 ¼” finish nails.
Attach backing to box and dividers using wood glue and ¾” finish nails.
