The angled dividers do double duty as both the bin's structure and its ventilation — cutting them at 15° instead of square opens a gap between the front slats that lets air move through, which is what keeps stored produce from sweating and rotting early. Cut one divider first and use it as a pattern for the rest, rather than resetting your saw angle four separate times; that's both faster and guarantees all four come out identical.
The feet need slightly more than 3/4" of clearance on the outside for a reason worth keeping: it lets two or more bins stack on top of each other without the upper bin's feet interfering with the lower bin's front slats. Use only food-safe finish, since this sits in direct contact with produce you'll eat.

Assumes 8 ft stock, a 1/8" saw kerf, and buying each part at its own width. Change the board size or kerf on the full board plan →
Set your saw to 15° off square and cut one divider with the long point at 9-3/4". Reset the saw to square (0°) and cut the second divider, using the first one's angled edge as your reference. Repeat for the remaining two dividers. Then set the saw to 30° off square, mark the longer corner as shown in the diagram, and cut it off.
Attach the 1x8 bottom to the dividers with 1-1/4" brad nails and wood glue.
Attach the front 1x4 panel with 1-1/4" brad nails and wood glue.
Attach the two back 1x4 panels the same way, with 1-1/4" brad nails and wood glue.
Attach the feet to the bottom, leaving slightly more than 3/4" of clearance on the outside — that extra margin is what lets multiple bins stack. Sand everything smooth, finish with a food-safe stain or leave bare, and add the self-adhesive pads to the bottom of the feet.
