An L-shaped garage workbench that solves the corner problem with a lazy susan — bench tools mount on a rotating round top and spin to face you, locked by a pull pin.

Frame the two long shelves (84" rails, supports on the ends plus two spaced between) and two short shelves (60" rails, one middle support) with glue and 2-3/4" screws.
Ladder frames, all four — the repetition is the build. Square each by diagonals.

Find and mark the studs, then strike LEVEL lines at 15-1/2" and 35-1/2" off the floor. Screw the long frames to the studs with their top edges on those lines, then add one leg at the long shelf's outside corner.
The wall is doing the work of seven legs here, which is why every frame-to-stud screw matters and drywall gets no vote.

Screw the short frames to the adjacent wall AND to the long frames where they meet in the corner. Add the inside-corner leg where the two shelves join, and the last leg at the short shelf's open end. The L is now standing on three legs and a wall, exactly as designed.

Glue the frame tops and lay on the 1/2" plywood — 1" brads into every rail and support. The glue matters more than the brads: glued skins turn each ladder frame into a torsion box, and a garage bench earns every bit of that stiffness.

Mount the round top in the corner on the lazy susan hardware. Then the safety feature: drill a hole through the turntable AND matching holes through the bench top at each position you want a tool to lock facing you — the 6" eye bolt drops through as the pin.
Bolt the bench tools around the disc's rim, balanced (thirds, not halves), working edges just proud of the edge. Spin, pin, work. USE the pin every time — a miter saw on a free-spinning turntable is a story you don't want to tell the ER intake nurse.
