This bookcase is a straightforward 1x12 box — sides, top, and shelves — but two specific details give it a more finished furniture look: a header trim piece across the top front, and true bun feet on the bottom rather than the piece simply resting on its own base. Leave a genuine 3/4" gap under the bottom shelf when screwing the box together — this gap is what the side footer trim tucks into later, so skipping it means the footer won't sit correctly.
Shelves can go in two ways depending on how much flexibility you want: drilled for removable shelf pins, or simply screwed and glued permanently in place. Both are legitimate choices the plan leaves open — pins add adjustability, fixed shelves add a bit more rigidity.
The back attaches next, fastened to the shelves too if they're the fixed (non-pin) type, then the side footer trim wraps the bottom edges. Bun feet attach last, exactly per the manufacturer's mounting instructions that come with whatever feet you buy — this is a case where following the hardware's own directions matters more than any general woodworking technique, since bun foot mounting hardware varies by manufacturer.

Either drill holes for shelf pins to create removable shelves, or fasten shelves permanently in place with 2" screws and glue.
Attach the header piece across the top front with screws and glue.
Attach the back with glue, checking for square. If shelves are fixed, also fasten the back to the shelves.
Attach the side footer trim to the bottoms of the bookcase, tucking into the gap left under the bottom shelf, with 1-1/4" nails and glue.
Attach the bun feet as directed by the manufacturer. Sand all surfaces and apply primer and paint, or stain and poly.
