Tools: Brad Nailer. Materials: 1x2, 8 ft, Brad nails, 1-1/4", Wood glue
Nail the 1x2s together into L-shaped ledge shelves — a base with a small lip to keep cards from sliding off. Build two.
Tools: Brad Nailer, Drill / Driver. Materials: 1x6, 4 ft, Cup hooks, Brad nails, 1-1/4", Wood glue
Lay the three 1x6 boards side by side as your panel. Dry-lay the calendars, the ledge shelves, and the key-hook base on the panel and shuffle until the arrangement works, then attach the shelves and hook base with 1-1/4" brad nails and glue. Predrill and thread in the cup hooks along the hook base.
Tools: Drill / Driver, Random Orbit Sander. Materials: Dry-erase calendars, 14" x 14", Mail basket organizer, Heavy-duty picture hanger (30 lb), Paint or stain
Paint or stain the panel, then add the mail basket and the calendars. Attach the heavy-duty hanging kit and hang it to a wall stud or with a 30-pound-rated hanger — loaded up, this panel has real weight.
