Nail through the top into the top edges of the sides and middle with 2" nails and glue.
Square up the locker, then glue and nail the plywood back to the sides, middle, and top with 1-1/4" nails.
Toenail through the face of the cubby floors into the middle board, then toenail from the middle board into the side edges of the cubby floors, with 2" nails and glue. Nail through the back into the cubby floor edges too.
Center the top trim on the case with a 1/4" overhang on each side, and attach with 2" nails and glue.
Attach the shelf trim below the cubby floors, keeping the top edges flush, nailing through its face into the edges of the sides and cubby floors above.
Fasten the bottom supports with glue and 2" nails through the sides into the end edges, and toenailed from the supports into the center board. Nail the plywood back to the supports with 1" nails.
Sand and apply primer and paint, or stain and poly.
