Pocket-hole and assemble two matching ladder frames from the 1x2 stiles and rails. Keep them square and identical — they stack face to face, so any difference between them shows as a twist.

Attach the two frames together with the 2" screws, and here's the key detail: orient every pocket hole so it faces backward, toward the wall. That keeps all the holes hidden from the front and from the open shelf side. Add the 1x6 shelves spanning between the frames as you go.

If you assembled the frames with nails instead of the 2" screws, reinforce the joints now — a wall cabinet loaded with bottles puts real, constant load on those connections, and brads alone will work loose over time. Screws or added blocking make it solid.

Sand and finish the unit. Mount it to the wall with the 2-1/2" screws into studs, or — better — with a French cleat, which hangs it dead level, spreads the load, and lets you lift it off later.

Attach the mirror to the front last, with mirror adhesive or mounting pads. Doing the mirror last means you never have to maneuver a heavy glass panel during assembly.
