2x2 DIY Wood Pumpkin Decor

1Glue the blocks together
Materials
- Pine, 2x2 furring strip or scrap
Glue the three 2x2 pieces together side by side and let dry fully before handling. Hot glue is preferred since it sets fast and strong, but any wood glue works — just give it time to cure. A few 2" brad nails add extra hold if you have a nailer on hand.
2Finish and attach the stem
Materials
- Pine, 1x2 scrap or a branch
Paint or stain the glued-up blocks and the stem piece, then attach the stem with glue or a brad nail.
