Step-by-step build — 5 steps. Also available as a print sheet.
Cut the two side pieces with the 10° angle at the top so the roof will slope. Then use the jigsaw to cut the bottom notch out of each side so the floor drops in. Keep the two sides mirror images — if they're not, the roofline will twist.
Fit the 1/2" plywood bottom into the notches and fasten it to the sides. Brad nails (1-1/4" or longer), wood screws, or pocket screws all work here — whatever you have. Glue the joint regardless.
Attach the top piece across the angled tops of the sides, then add the sloped front piece so the front face matches the 10° roofline. Glue and 1-1/4" brads. Check that the top sits flat against both angled sides before nailing.
Build the two doors as small 1x1 frames with vertical bars, using glue and 1-1/4" brads. Drill 1/4" dowel holes at the top and bottom of each door and matching holes in the hutch, then set short dowel pins so the doors pivot. Drill the holes a touch oversized so the doors swing freely.
Attach the 1/4" plywood back with glue and short 3/4" brads — anything longer will blow through the thin plywood. Sand everything smooth, round the corners, and paint or leave it raw.
